Just getting started in the ag equipment business? Looking to build your skills as a technician? We have a great opportunity for individuals starting out their careers with our Service Tech Scholarship program! Knowledgeable, skilled service technicians and service staff are key to the success of any dealership. We are fortunate to employ some of the best in the business here at Team Swiderski and have opportunities to grow our team.
The service technician scholarship program allows individuals to work in our dealership gaining on-the-job experience, while attending an approved technician program to further their education and build their skills. The scholarship provides financial support through tuition assistance and paid on-the-job training so students can apply the skills and concepts they are learning in their classes in a real-world shop setting.
We welcome interested students who have a mechanical interest, good work ethic, and positive attitude to contact us to learn more about the program. Students do not need to have a farm background, though it is often helpful to have some experience. Students must be able to work for Swiderski Equipment while enrolled in the program and must maintain passing grades in their classes.
